Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Package and prepare shipments for distribution, ensuring all labels and documentation are accurate.
- Conduct inventory counts and manage stock levels to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Operate basic warehouse machinery and equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) under supervision.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing schedules.
- Basic reading and math skills required for inventory and documentation.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
