Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory accuracy against packing slips.
- Organize stock in the warehouse to ensure maximum efficiency and safety.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for entry-level loaders.
