Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Packing & Shipping: Accurately pack, label, and prepare items for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in counting stock, organizing inventory, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by following 5S standards and reporting hazards immediately.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack customer orders efficiently to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Equipment Care: Perform basic inspection and maintenance of warehouse equipment to ensure operational readiness.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; no prior warehouse experience required.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Teamwork: Must be a reliable team player who communicates effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
