Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse facility safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with 99% accuracy.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) under supervision.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace is organized, clean, and free of hazards.
- Assist in organizing storage areas and rotating stock (FIFO).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic reading and writing skills for labeling and logging tasks.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical labor.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a basic drug screen.
