Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select merchandise for orders and prepare them for shipment using packaging materials.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels by performing cycle counts and updating inventory systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery (training provided).
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and colleagues to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and occasional overtime.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and a consistent work history.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for scanning items and verifying quantities.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
