Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Operating warehouse machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors (certification provided upon hire).
- Conducting regular inventory counts and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborating with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Inspecting products for defects and ensuring proper packaging.
- Handling inbound and outbound freight efficiently during night operations.
Qualifications
- Zero Experience Required: We provide full training for all new hires.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
