Job Summary
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will work in a safe, organized environment using modern technology and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor belts.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Verify product labels and documentation against shipping orders.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not strictly required for entry-level).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading skills for order verification.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
