Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products accurately using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Follow strict safety protocols and company operational procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
