Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and stock organization within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
- Basic Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
