Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package inventory using barcode scanners and automated systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after completing certification
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and follow safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping and receiving targets
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle count activities
- Work overtime shifts during peak seasons to support operational demands
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
