Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick and pack orders according to customer specifications using handheld scanners.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels to ensure order fulfillment.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks, sort merchandise, and organize warehouse aisles for optimal workflow.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after training), and other warehouse machinery as needed.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety during fast-paced operations.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
