As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of goods from our warehouse to our customers' doorsteps. If you are physically fit, reliable, and eager to learn, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Utilize RF scanners to accurately select products from shelves and prepare them for shipment according to customer orders.
- Load and Unload Trucks: Safely handle merchandise using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided) to move stock to and from the shipping docks.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts, organizing storage areas, and performing cycle counts.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure all packaging meets our high standards.
- Keep Workspace Organized: Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient environment by following all safety protocols and SOPs.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout your shift.
- Reliability: Must have a strong work ethic and the ability to arrive on time consistently.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and night shifts.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (candidates with a strong work history are also encouraged to apply).
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions clearly.
