Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Sort, organize, and audit stock items to ensure accuracy in our inventory system.
- Packaging: Properly pack and label products for shipment, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operational Support: Assist in daily warehouse operations and support the logistics team to meet daily production targets.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork related to shipments and inventory counts.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (but not strictly required for entry-level).
- Skills: Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Attitude: Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions precisely.
- Availability: Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia facility.
- Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
