Responsibilities
- Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently using a handheld scanner or picking system.
- Package and label products securely for shipment to ensure safe delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to safety protocols.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Keep the warehouse workspace clean, organized, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
