Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and hand trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
- No prior warehouse experience is necessary; we value attitude and work ethic over experience.
