Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select and pack merchandise according to customer orders using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after training), and handheld scanners.
- Truck Loading: Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper securing of goods.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure all labeling is correct before shipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Housekeeping: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Flexible availability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
