Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operating handheld scanners and warehouse management software to track inventory.
- Loading and unloading trucks safely, ensuring cargo is secured properly.
- Performing daily inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborating with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
