What You Will Do:
Operate in a fast-paced setting where efficiency is key. You will be responsible for the accurate handling of inventory and maintaining the highest standards of workplace safety.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and conveyor systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by adhering to OSHA safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Perform basic data entry and inventory checks as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; however, we are willing to train candidates with strong work ethics and no experience.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new scanning technology quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards.
- Must be 18 years or older to operate heavy machinery.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
