Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare products for shipment using various warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Organize stock in designated areas and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
- Operate scanners and handheld devices for inventory tracking.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and labeling.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (on-the-job training available).
- Must be reliable and able to pass a background check.
