Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists to ensure accuracy and prevent damages.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Organize inventory, restock shelves, and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment for all team members.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and navigate a warehouse floor safely.
