Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Package and prepare items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and safety standards are met.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Organize warehouse aisles to ensure efficient workflow and safe operation.
- Inspect equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately to supervisors.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we will train motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (CDL Class A/B is a plus but not required).
- Basic math and computer literacy skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
