Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage reports.
- Pick, pack, and label merchandise for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment.
- Assist in inventory management and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work the overnight shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) consistently.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Forklift certification is a plus (we provide training).
- Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently.
