Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Execute inventory control procedures with RF scanning technology
- Maintain organized warehouse zones per safety standards
- Process orders with 99.5% accuracy targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Conduct daily equipment safety inspections
- Support month-end inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain during onboarding)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Reliable transportation to 7am/3pm/11pm shifts
