Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, assigning daily tasks and monitoring productivity
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and inventory control systems
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping activities with 95%+ accuracy
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow using lean principles
- Train and develop team members on equipment operation and procedures
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with procurement and transportation departments
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in high-volume distribution
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with inventory management expertise
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying climate conditions
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field
