Responsibilities
- Perform daily receiving, checking in, and stocking of merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels and organization.
- Pack, seal, label, and stage products for shipment using appropriate materials and equipment.
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory audits, cycle counts, and quality control checks as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for scanning, counting, and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies.
