Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Stock shelves, organize inventory, and ensure accurate stock counts using WMS systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure all items meet quality standards.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment efficiently and accurately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations, wear required PPE, and report any hazards immediately.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and keep work areas clean.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive motions.
- Licensure: Valid Forklift Operator Certification is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
