Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from the shipping and receiving docks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory items in designated warehouse zones to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Operate scanning equipment and inventory management software to track stock levels and shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as required by management.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work overtime as needed.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred, but not strictly required.
