Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using warehouse management software.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure accurate labeling and packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and inventory technology efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Load and unload trucks as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a climate-controlled environment.
- Reliable transportation.
