Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor equipment.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan, sort, and track inventory using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Packaging: Properly package and label items to ensure they are ready for shipping and delivery.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Shipping & Receiving: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic safety checks on material handling equipment and report any issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Documentation: Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to follow safety instructions and operational procedures.
- No Experience Needed: We train all new hires on the job.
