Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Truck Loading: Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring freight is secured properly.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Availability: Must be willing to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.
