Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prepare, pack, and label orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality control standards.
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Organize storage areas, restock shelves, and ensure the warehouse remains clean, safe, and compliant with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new warehouse technologies.
