Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems.
- Keep work areas organized, clean, and compliant with all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals and targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and overtime.
