Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently and accurately.
- Operate material handling equipment (including forklifts and pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent loss during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counting processes.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation is required.
