Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment after training completion
- Accurately scan, sort, and package shipments according to specifications
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and staging orders
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per day
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Willingness to operate machinery after paid training
- Reliable transportation to NW DC location
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with reasonable accommodation
- Valid government-issued ID (no background check needed)
