Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) after obtaining necessary certifications.
- Adhere to strict safety guidelines and operational procedures to ensure a secure environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance targets and goals.
- Scan and verify items to ensure inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
