Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inspect received goods for damage and ensure proper documentation is completed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and locations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
