Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment after paid training
- Manage inventory receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and digital records
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Inspect and maintain equipment in proper working condition
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – paid training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid government-issued photo ID (no background check)
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Island Drive location
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
