Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare items for shipment according to company standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and proper handling of goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory management, including scanning and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment requiring standing and lifting.
- Willingness to undergo paid on-the-job training.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not strictly required.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Cincinnati, OH location.
