Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory to verify quantities and condition.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during shift transitions.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Assist in monthly inventory counts and stock organization.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
- Basic computer skills and comfort using handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
