Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and loading dock areas.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Inspect and maintain inventory stock to ensure accuracy and organization.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn scanning software.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading dock).
