Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and products within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pack, seal, label, and sort merchandise according to customer orders and delivery schedules.
- Verify inventory counts against records to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems to track shipments.
- Assist in organizing warehouse storage areas to optimize efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude are a must.
