Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory with high accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation and availability for shift work.
