Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders with 100% accuracy.
- Prepare and pack customer orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate scanning equipment and inventory management software to track stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to the warehouse location.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Must be willing to work overtime during peak seasons.
