Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against shipping documents.
- Load and unload trucks safely using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Organize and stock merchandise in designated areas to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Package and label products for domestic and international shipping.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software to track stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions (loading docks).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory counts.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work on your feet.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not mandatory).
