Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship packages using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper training
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas according to OSHA standards
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and quality control measures
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and staging shipments
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required—entry-level welcome!
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid government-issued photo ID (required for onboarding)
- Reliable transportation to the Industrial Park location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends as needed
