Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare products for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Pack materials securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Follow all safety protocols and company quality standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not mandatory).
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
