Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label packages accurately for shipment using appropriate safety gear.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory on warehouse shelves and pallets.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely, following all safety protocols.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure customer orders are correct.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and package verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Fort Worth facility.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading dock areas).
- High school diploma or GED preferred; high school students are encouraged to apply.
