Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet delivery deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records using handheld scanners.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Shift Support: Assist in various operational tasks as directed by supervisors to ensure 24/7 productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing or logistics is a plus, but not required.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to operate warehouse equipment.
- Availability: Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, to meet business demands.
