Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Conduct regular safety checks on equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Organize inventory, tag stock, and ensure the warehouse floor is clean and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Verify accuracy of orders and ensure correct quantities are picked and staged for transport.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- License: Valid Driver's License is required.
- Experience: No prior forklift experience is necessary; we provide training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on safety and accuracy in inventory management.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings (part-time).
