Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders with 100% accuracy.
- Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Conducting regular inventory counts and maintaining stock organization.
- Ensuring the warehouse floor remains clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Scanning barcodes and verifying shipment details using handheld scanners.
- Collaborating with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and a keen eye for detail are essential.
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Antonio facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning equipment.
